Diaper Disposal Bags

I love this idea from the July 18th edition of Dollar Stretcher for Parents, a free weekly e-newsletter.

Rather than buying the special scented diaper disposal bags to
put smelly diapers in (the kind you keep in your diaper bag
for when you’re out), just reuse the plastic bags that
newspapers come in. If you want to make them scented, add a
small sprinkle of baby powder to the bags and roll them up.
Store a couple in your diaper bag for when you’re on the go
and have a smelly mess that you need to contain. They can be
tied at the top and tossed in the next available trash can.
These bags work really well for diapers and other messes that
happen when small children are around. I roll them up small
and put them inside an empty pill bottle for storage in the
diaper bag or car. - Atina K. in Omaha, NE

This idea would also work well with bread bags.

I buy these very good scented diaper bags at RogersMarket.com. I only pay like $1.90 per box of 100. The bread bags are a great idea. Just a suggestion for those looking for inexpensive diaper bags.
